7 superfoods that aren’t so super after all

7 superfoods which aren’t so super: kale

First it was broccoli. Now kale is the vegetable to eat (and photograph) every day. Is it really a superfood?

Kale is a green leaf vegetable, and as all green vegetables it’s full of vitamins and antioxidants. It’s great for your immune system and your brain.

It has fibre, omega 3, proteins… Kale has more iron than red meat. Sounds great doesn’t it?

But if you take anti coagulant medicines, you should not eat it at all. Because kale also contains vitamin K, which naturally coagulates blood.
